We’re almost a week into summer vacation and so far making the most of it with loads of swimming, time outdoors and seeing friends. Last night was the girls first (I know there will be plenty more) slumber party of the summer. Nothing better than friends, movies and staying up late!
Before the girls friends came over we found this great recipe in my Hello, Cupcake! cookbook for these super cute cupcakes. Perfect for a movie night-popcorn inspired slumber party!
These delicious treats were so easy to make that the girls hardly required any help from me. WOW… independence…I love it!!
Aren’t they cute? They we’re a big hit and added a little extra fun to the night. The girls LOVED them!
Next on the list is to find a great 4th of July dessert. Last year I made a cake like this that was a huge hit at the annual party we attend. I’m looking for another great recipe this year.
