Carin and I both have the pleasure of hosting a holiday dinner this year. Setting the table for such a large event can be overwhelming. But neither of us believe it needs to be all stress-inducing. It can be as simple as candles and greens such as my table below. Or you can take a trip around your house and gather up a bunch of similar items. Carin collected all the mercury glass and silver ornaments she could find and…VIOLA. Instant centerpiece. We thought maybe you all could find some inspiration in our two tables this year. Enjoy!
Here’s a sneak peak at Carin’s holiday table…
Maybe I’ll go over to her place? Or I can slave all day over a hot stove and serve dinner at my own house. Eh.
I chose to shoot the table at night since I’ll be hosting Christmas Eve and this is how it will appear. I’m aiming for simple. A lot of greens, white dishes, touches of silver and tons of candles. Oh and ANTLERS. I <heart> antlers.
