I am the queen of immediate gratification…instant results make me happy! I thought painting a room gave me that feeling of happiness…but spray painting….oh my…I’m in LOVE.
I took full advantage of our unusual 60 degree weather…cans in hand I headed outside spraying to my hearts content…and polishing off all three cans.
This is where it all began…
Out went the black & white Halloween colors…hello silver & gold for Thanksgiving and Christmas…I’ll add some evergreens in place of the gourds.
No more brown star…the black ties in much better with our other porch accessories.
Why did it take me four years to paint this black?
I’m “borrowing” this once green mirror from my girls playroom. I love swapping things out from one place to another…again, it gives me instant gratification. This just needed a quick gold coat and some dark wax to tone it down a bit…I think it will make a nice addition to the wall.
